In an effort to promote DaeLuin and attract new members, an Advertising Council has been created, and will be run by Jenna (Euryale). This group will be responsible for creating and posting ads, as well as coming up with other creative ways we can promote DaeLuin. The group is looking a bit empty right now, however, and people interested in joining the Advertising Council are encouraged to PM Euryale. The Council will be small- a half dozen people at most, right now- but more people may be added depending on the workload. Joining the Advertising Council will be a great way to earn referral points, so if there's something in Jim's Thingy-ma-bobs that you've got your eye on, this will help you get it!

You don't need to be a member of the Advertising Council to post ads promoting DaeLuin, however. There are banners you can use, and ads will be designed and posted for members to use by the Advertising Council. Remember that you can earn referral points by posting ads for DaeLuin. There will be an FAQ on this posted shortly.

I'd like to thank Amarice, Calypse, Gabriel Riverheart, November, and Rei Isabella for volunteering for the Advertising Council. We're already working on putting some ads together, and thinking of ways to encourage more people to post ads or refer friends to DL.

At this time, I'm not accepting any other volunteers, though I may look at adding more people in the future if we need the help. If anyone has any ideas on how we can promte DL more, though, please feel free to PM me with your ideas, or post 'em here.

I realize this post is several months old but.. I have both Photoshop and Premiere (Adobe's video editing and creation software) and am willing to use them in whatever way the Advertising council sees fit. Give me your thoughts and I'll do what I can to make them happen :)
