I'm sorry, folks, but the All Hallow's Eve festival is over! The Ghost Ship forum has been locked, and the Tainted Darkness shop has disappeared with the ship's sailing. You have one week to continue viewing the posts made in the Ghost Ship forum before they are archived, so if you want to save a post, get it copied down now! Please remember, though, that reposting it on another RP forum will earn you strikes for minor spamming.

Judging will begin shortly on the Short Story Competition. We can't promise a date for the winners to be announced, but it shouldn't be too long. The best stories will earn All Hallow's Eve items and gold.

Tomorrow (or the day after, I can't say for sure, sorry!), an OOC forum or topic will be opened, where you can post the link to your RP where your character played a trick on another character. Judging will commence shortly after that. Watch this space for more information!

We'd like to say how impressed we were with the response to both the event and the competitions. Nearly 160 posts were made in the Ghost Ship forum in just over a week, in more than fifty topics, and we've had thirteen entries for the short story competition. How many of you have played tricks, we wait to see :) Huge thanks to all of you for your response and efforts to make this event such a good one.

Well it's an end of an era :) it was a gret idea and it worked really well (i believe it was the extra gold). *sighs* well now back to normal life xD no more ghosts a things that go bump in the night :p

As Claire said, we got a better than expected turn out for this event, people seemed to really like it. So we'll keep that in mind for future events and hopefully bring you the same quality next time! Thanks all for participating. :)

Do the general public get to hear about all those tricks?

my only problem with this was that the ghost ship didn't stay open long enough after halloween, that it was locked right away after it was over. I had a thread in there I would have liked to have gotten further on.

We told you exactly how long the event would be on for, and infact, I believe it was open an extra 12 or so hours from what we said. :P

You had a week to finish any RPs you started, and I think it was plenty of time. I could have been really mean and opened it only for a day or two. :)

You could have saved your rps, and then continued them somewhere else. That is what I did. Easy enough.

Just making sure not to re-post those saved posts. Just leave them archived and keep hard copies on your own PC.
