For each visitor to our Website, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Website, the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our forums, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, and other information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review, preference storage, account information and is often used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
With respect to our database: We store all submitted personal information as well as session information in our database. Our database is protected to the best of our abilities, and all passwords are hashed (encrpyted with md5) to prevent the possible leak of passwords. All information stored in the database is unaccessable by anyone other than the webmaster and will not be distrubuted under any circumstance. Information that you agree to publically display upon registration or editting your account is no longer our responsibility.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, encoded login information, customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.
Under no circumstance will we use your personal information, or submitted information for any other use than those listed above.
Upon request, we do not provide site visitors access to information that we have collected and maintain about them, nor the ability to have factual inaccuracies corrected in information that we maintain about them.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. But we are unable to provide complete assurance that the information will never be "Hacked" or stolen. As such, we will not be held responsible for any unauthroized accessing of the data that is stored within.
